Steals&Deals

Plaid button up, reg. $19.50 - ALL MINE for $6

It's funny - I usually don't find anything worth my while at Old Navy, but today was different.

My mom burst into my room at 9am and exclaimed, "Do you want to go to Old Navy with me?? They're having a huge sale and I have a coupon!!!!!" So of course I was all for getting out of the house and scrounging around O.N.

We got there and there was practically no one else around.. they must have all been sleeping in?.. So we started looking around and eventually found some great things with amazing prices. My main focus happened to be camis and tank tops - maybe because they happened to be the cheapest thing and I needed to update that part of my wardrobe - as I ended up buying SIX of them :) I also found this great basic white v-neck tee, which are always needed, and a cool retro looking top with a green check design that has a twisted neck detail. I thought it would look adorable tucked into a specific type of skirt I'm looking to buy (as mentioned in a previous post). Last but not least, I let my somewhat new love for plaid direct me to the men's section.. I got a short-sleeved, plaid button-up that is a subtle green and pink design. So, I must tell you - I spent less than $18! Each of the tanks were less than $1.55, compared to their original price of $8.50 or higher. I"m telling you, this is why I never spend full price on anything. Haha :)

Hopefully, I will get new batteries for my camera (as it kept dying when I was trying to snap these) and then I can put together outfits with my new finds :) Woo!

I am on cloud nine with my new additions. Sales make me happy :D

xo, Kate

I went to old navy the other day and went crazy! Has to be the best "after the holidays" place to go to get things for close to nothing!

I love sales! They're the best.

I usually don't find much at ON, either (but, I must admit, their men's winter pajamas are to die for:). But at the same time, you got a ton of stuff for less than $18!! Where else can that happen?! Well, besides somewhere like Good Will or something. That doesn't count, though.

Thanks for stopping by!

no way! you got all that for $18 bucks! That's crazy. My mom is such a good bargain hunter it's awesome! I love sales. I never spend more than like 30 bucks on one article of clothing I am so cheap haha

Emily Anne: I agree! I don't think I can shop there if there isn't a sale going on. Haha

Hannah: Ooh, I should check out the men's pajamas.. I was eyeing this one pair of flannel bottoms but got distracted by something else. Haha :)

Awesome, thanks!
You too :D

Jocelyn: I know right?! It's even crazier because I added up what the total would have been if it was just regularly priced, and it came out to $99, plus tax!
I have to agree about being cheap when it comes to clothes. That's exactly how I am! :)
