| Anyone home?

Yes, I'm still alive and well :) Apart from being under the weather these past few days, anyway.. So, hi! I miss the blog world a lot. I feel like I'm so behind on everyone that there is no way I can possibly catch up. I'm not making any promises that I will try anytime soon, but know that I wish it would happen. You wouldn't believe how busy I have been just trying to keep up with life! Here are a few thoughts from the past couple of weeks..

1. When you finish school and finals, you can finally breathe easy.

2. Babysitting is a neverending job. Why can't kids blow their own noses?

3. Being sick makes you wish you could actually do something productive. Then when you're healthy, you want nothing to do with productivity.

4. Holding hands may seem old fashioned to some, but it makes me feel special (especially when you aren't feeling well, and he still wants to hold your hand despite your sicky germs). :)

5. Spending hours building your wish list and looking online at Urban Outfitters isn't such a terrible thing.. except when you can (realistically) only afford half a pair of jeans with the gift card you've been holding onto so dearly for six months.

Oh, and here's a peek at what can happen when you put paper and highlighters in front of me and turn on a blacklight. It's so fun!

I haven't been taking outfit photos lately just because this weather is messing with my style. It's almost the middle of June, and it's acting like January gloom! Quite strange. I think I'm ready for it to heat up. I want to wear a skirt and not get goosebumps please! I'm sure by the time the weather actually does turn into summer, I'll be eating my words. Oh well.

Also, I'm going thrifting to this great place I haven't been to in awhile and am super excited! I just hope there will be some gems for me to find. Wish me luck! :)
